Radoslaw Kosiec

Radoslaw Kosiec has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Radoslaw began their career as a Sales Specialist at Niku Products SA in 1994 before moving on to become a Sales Office Manager at Kredyt Serwis in 1995. In 1996, they joined GE Capital Bank SA as a Retail Loan Office Manager and later became a Regional Director. During their time at GE Capital Bank, they achieved great success in loan sales and established important partnerships. In 2000, Kosiec joined AKB Marketing Services (Santander Group) as a Product Manager, where they played a key role in preparing and managing car loan products. Radoslaw then transitioned to Santander Consumer Bank SA, where they held the positions of Manager of Business Applications Development and Product Manager. In these roles, they managed software development, implemented new systems and processes, and led the introduction of car loan promotions. Kosiec then worked at Santander Consumer Multirent as an IT Manager, where they reorganized the IT department and optimized IT systems. In 2010, they joined AIG Bank Polska S.A. as an IT Project Manager, where they coordinated the integration of AIG Bank with Santander Consumer Bank and implemented business changes in IT systems. Finally, Kosiec is currently working at Deviniti as a Partner Products Director, where they manage the distribution of partner products, including DevSecOps tools. Throughout their career, Kosiec has shown a strong ability to manage teams, coordinate projects, analyze business requirements, and optimize IT systems, resulting in improved services and cost reduction.

Radoslaw Kosiec completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including GitLab Sales Professional Accreditation from GitLab in May 2023, Freshworks Implementation Foundation Certification in 2022, Freshdesk Omnichannel Expert Certification in December 2022, and various certificates from Freshworks Inc. (formerly Freshdesk).
