Lucy Basten

Lucy Basten is an experienced digital communication and web design professional, currently serving as Senior Web and Digital Communication Officer at Devon County Council since September 2018. Lucy has a strong background in web design, having operated as a Web Designer for Pixels Apart since January 2011, focusing on creating customized website designs for small businesses and individuals. Previous roles include Digital Officer at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust, where Lucy co-managed intranet refurbishment projects, and Central Systems Administration at NHS, providing IT support.
