Jeff Wilson

Jeff Wilson is the Vice President of Public and Government Affairs at Devon Energy. Jeff has over 15 years of experience in oil and gas, government relations, and public affairs.

Jeff started their career as a field representative for US Senator James M. Inhofe. Jeff then transitioned to the private sector, working as the operations manager for The Journal Record. In 2010, they became the Vice President of Governmental Relations for the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association.

In 2014, Jeff became the Vice President of Public and Government Affairs for SandRidge Energy. Jeff held this position until 2015 when they joined WPX Energy as the Director of Government & Public Affairs. Jeff remained with WPX Energy until 2021 when they joined Devon Energy.

Jeff Wilson received their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Jeff'story from the University of Oklahoma. Jeff then went on to receive their Master of Arts in Global Affairs from the University of Oklahoma.

They are on a team with Jeremy Webb - Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Glen Maynard - Vice President, Corporate Services and Associate General Counsel, and Chris Kirt - VP, Corporate Governance and Secretary and Associate General Counsel. Their manager is Dennis Cameron, Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
