Kiran Kumar Venepalli

Kiran Kumar Venepalli is a Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer at Devon Energy since October 2024. Previously, Kiran held various positions at Computer Modelling Group Ltd. from April 2013 to October 2024, including General Manager and Product Manager, focusing on product line strategy for unconventional and energy transition solutions. Kiran has experience in reservoir simulation, consulting, and customer support, as well as roles involving well integrity studies at ExproSoft, Inc., and research related to hydrocarbons in permafrost and biopolymer drilling fluids at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Kiran holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
