Marc Schutt, PE, is a seasoned reservoir engineer with extensive experience across major energy companies. Currently serving as an Advising Reservoir Engineer at Devon Energy since October 2022, Marc previously held key positions including Reservoir & Development Manager at RimRock Oil & Gas, where contributions led to a successful acquisition by Devon for $865 million. At Diamondback Energy, Marc was the sole reservoir engineer on the transition team, facilitating the sale of the Williston asset for $745 million. Prior roles at QEP Resources encompassed reservoir management across various basins with responsibilities in development planning, reserves, and budgeting, while initial career experiences at Dominion Questar involved operations management and a focus on shale plays.
