Cara Picciano

Cara Picciano is an experienced school psychologist with a professional background spanning over 18 years. Currently, Cara serves as a school psychologist at Devon Health Care Group, LLC since 2013. Previously, Cara worked at Mahoning County Educational Service Center from August 2008 to June 2015 and at St. Barnabas Elementary from September 2005 to June 2008. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from John Carroll University obtained between 2002 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Westminster College (PA), completed in 2002.
