Bishnu Jaisy

Bishnu Jaisy is a Global Talent Acquisition Leader at DevOn, where they have played a key role in growing the company from over 30 to 350 employees since 2012. With more than 15 years of experience in recruitment, Bishnu has specialized in IT hiring, particularly in the Telecom and Networking domains. They have managed and led recruitment teams while also coordinating new joiner induction programs. Bishnu holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and an MBA in HR and Marketing. Currently, they are involved in expanding DevOn's presence in the Netherlands, Poland, and the UK.
