Henry Strouts has held various roles in the professional world since 1987. Henry began their career in the Royal Marines, where they held various roles. Henry then moved to The Scottish Life Assurance Company in 1994, where they were the Head of Training and Development. In 2001, they became a Director at THE G2G3 GROUP LTD. and then moved to G2G3 (part of Capita plc) in 2005, where they held the roles of Global Client Solutions Group Director, Sales Director, and Head of Business Development. In 2016, they became the Director of Match Fit Thinking, which focuses on coaching organizations, their teams, and individuals to help them become "Match Fit" in respect of business and personal performance. In 2017, they became the Director of Ritualize UK, which is a neuroscience-based health and wellness platform. In 2018, they became an Ambassador and Community Advocate for the DevOps Institute. In 2019, they became the Director of SXP, which develops serious games and business simulations.
Henry Strouts attended Durham University from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Geology.
