Hanni Zwaan is an experienced professional in recruitment and employer branding, currently serving as a Campus Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist at Devoteam since January 2022, focusing on hiring IT professionals for the Futures Program and enhancing the employer brand. Previously, Hanni worked as a Campus Recruiter at Status Pro, connecting organizations with IT professionals, and held various roles that included Customer Service Representative at Fixers®, Consultant at Hays—where Hanni initiated the Fun Facts Friday video concept—and Employment Consultant at Luba.
