Tim Hofmann Pt, Dpt

Tim Hofmann, PT, DPT, currently serves as a Home Health Physical Therapist at Devoted Guardians Home Care & Home Health in Phoenix, AZ, since September 2021. Previously, Tim worked as a Home Health Physical Therapist at DIGNITY HEALTH AT HOME, LLC, from August 2020 to November 2021, and as a Student Physical Therapist at the same organization in early 2020. Tim's clinical experience includes evaluating and treating patients with diverse pathologies, demonstrating proficiency in OASIS-D assessments, and applying various therapeutic techniques. Tim holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Angelo State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Prior to physical therapy, Tim gained experience in marketing, sales management, and facilities management.
