Ashley Romeo

Ashley Romeo, MPH, is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in health plan operations and community health initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Health Plan Operations at Devoted Health, Ashley oversees day-to-day operations and cross-functional teams to enhance care services and ensure regulatory compliance. Previously, as Program Manager for HIV at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Ashley managed over $5 million in grants, facilitated the development of a Community Health Worker program, and implemented quality improvement initiatives. Ashley's earlier roles included Community Hub Manager and Program Supervisor, where efforts focused on addressing social determinants of health and substance use disorders within community settings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Science from Saint Michael's College.
