Kate Slemp Douglas

Kate Slemp Douglas, M.S. is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in health services and operational excellence. Since 2018, Kate has held various leadership roles at Devoted Health, including Vice President of Health Services and Delegated Operations, and has also served as Vice President of Operational Excellence. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2018, Kate worked at Commonwealth Care Alliance in several capacities, including Vice President of Strategic Planning & Performance Improvement. Kate's earlier experience includes senior management roles at Health Dialog, where responsibilities encompassed analytic products and research implementation. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology - Neuroscience from Colby College, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Management from The George Washington University, and certifications in Advanced Study of Management from Northeastern University and Six Sigma in Healthcare from Villanova University.
