Mary Ann Brody

Mary Ann Brody is an experienced professional in user experience design and health communication, currently serving as the VP of Experience and Head of Member Experience and Engagement at Devoted Health since September 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a User Experience Design, Research, and Strategy specialist at the United States Digital Service, where efforts focused on enhancing accessibility to government services, and as a User Experience Research Manager at CommunicateHealth, where the emphasis was on bridging public health and technology through user-centered design. Additionally, Mary Ann Brody contributed as a Health Communication and User Research Fellow at the UMass Institute for Global Health, conducting research abroad to inform youth substance misuse campaigns. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
