Thomas Frendo is a seasoned executive with a robust track record at Siemens since May 2010, currently serving as the Global Head and Vice President of the Service eXperience Platform. In this role, Thomas is responsible for the development of tools and applications that enhance the Service business across 30 countries, with a focus on IT and operational technology, including artificial intelligence and generative AI. Previous roles include Head of Sales Europe for Siemens Smart Infrastructure Services, where accountability for sales performance spanned 16 countries, and Head of Digital Enterprise Business in Europe, where Thomas established a business unit focused on SaaS and IoT for building technologies. Thomas holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Management Technology from ETH Zürich and has completed executive education programs at Wharton and ESMT Berlin.
