Shannon O'Kane

Shannon O'Kane has extensive experience in compliance and operations within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Devoted Health since October 2017, Shannon previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations and Senior Compliance Officer at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from December 2005 to October 2017. Shannon's career began at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where the role of Contract Manager was undertaken from January 1996 to December 2005.
