Magdalena Szymanska

Magdalena Szymanska is a seasoned professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Head of HR & Administration at DevSkiller, where responsibilities include building the HR department from the ground up, managing recruitment processes, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding since November 2020. Prior to this role, Magdalena held various positions such as Office Manager and Receptionist at Dell, where duties encompassed office management, document processing, and customer care during training sessions for up to 100 attendees.
