Jake O'Sullivan

Senior Policy Analyst at DevTech Systems

Jake O'Sullivan has extensive work experience in various policy and program management roles. Jake started their career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in 1985 and later worked as a Population and Environment Fellow at the University of Michigan, where they assessed the population and environmental impacts of projects and developed a population/family planning program. Jake then served as a Population-Environment Advisor at CARE International in Nepal and as a Country Program Manager at the International Science and Technology Institute, Inc. Jake also worked as a Technical Program Manager at RTI International and as a Consultant at The Mitchell Group. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Policy Analyst at DevTech Systems, Inc.

Jake O'Sullivan completed their Bachelor of International Studies degree at the School for International Training from 1988 to 1990. During this time, they double majored in Development Management and Asian Studies. Subsequently, from 1991 to 1993, they pursued their Master of Public Administration degree at Indiana University Bloomington. Their field of study during their Master's program was Comparative Social Change and Development.
