Carl Gibilaro

Carl Gibilaro is an experienced transportation manager with a robust background in civil engineering. Gibilaro has held key leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as Transportation Manager at Dewberry, Project Development and Environmental Practice Leader at DRMP, Division Manager at Atkins, and Project Engineer/Manager at Consul-Tech Engineering. Prior to these positions, Gibilaro contributed as a Project Engineer at the Florida Department of Transportation. Gibilaro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 1984 and 1989.
