Larry Melton

Larry Melton, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in project and construction management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Dewberry and as President & CEO of LMJ & Associates, Larry provides consulting services focused on infrastructure investments. Larry's previous roles include significant leadership positions at Bechtel Corporation, where achievements included directing major transportation projects and overseeing human resources for a global workforce of over 57,000 employees. In addition, Larry holds an academic affiliation as Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board for The Citadel School of Engineering, contributing strategic insights for educational and research initiatives. Larry's military background includes distinguished service in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership capabilities were honed during key operations in combat environments. Larry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, among other professional training and certifications.
