Navid Safaie

Navid Safaie, PE, is a seasoned structural project manager with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently employed at Dewberry since February 2019, Navid has held roles ranging from structural project manager to structural staff engineer. Prior experience includes positions as a structural engineer and graduate structural engineer at Arup from June 2016 to January 2019, as well as a structural engineering intern at Gilsanz Murray Steficek in the summer of 2015, and a civil engineering intern at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in the summer of 2014. Navid began a career in engineering while serving as a mathematics tutor at Rockland Community College from October 2011 to July 2013. Navid holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an Associate's Degree in Mathematics and Sciences from Rockland Community College.
