Rhonda Cardone

Rhonda Cardone has extensive experience in marketing, particularly in strategizing and positioning companies for contract pursuits. Rhonda started their career as an Advertising Executive at Cawkins Publications in 1982 before moving on to become the Director of Marketing at COWI Tunnel (previously Jenny Engineering Corporation) in 1984. At COWI Tunnel, they managed marketing efforts and was involved in developing sales and marketing programs for clients worldwide. Rhonda also computerized the marketing department and was responsible for proposal writing and editing. Rhonda stayed with COWI Tunnel until 1995.

In 1996, Rhonda became an Independent Consultant in marketing until 2007, where they provided their expertise to various clients. In 2005, they joined HDR previously Daniel Frankfurt Engineers and Architects as a Marketing Director, overseeing marketing efforts, managing a team of marketing and graphic artists, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and legal leadership. Their tenure at HDR lasted until 2006.

In 2006, Rhonda worked as a Marketing Consultant at STV for a year before joining Dewberry in 2007. At Dewberry, they held multiple roles, starting as an Associate, Director of Marketing, NY, and later advancing to Senior Associate, Director of Marketing, NY. In these positions, they were responsible for formulating marketing strategies and positioning the office for contract pursuits in the New York Metropolitan area. Rhonda worked with various clients, including private sector, federal, state, and local agencies, and handled different contract types. Rhonda also gained experience in presentations and training.

Rhonda Cardone completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English at Seton Hall University from 1977 to 1981. In 2012, they pursued Graduate Studies in Business Management at New York University. Additionally, in 2013, they took graduate courses in the SMPS University Leadership Advancement Program at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
