Tessa Nesta

Tessa Nesta is an Architectural Historian at Dewberry, specializing in Section 106 compliance evaluations and preservation architecture consultation since June 2023. Previously, Tessa served as a Preservationist and Project Manager at Nelligan White Architects from February 2019 to June 2023, overseeing design projects focused on historic preservation for clients like NYCHA and the SCA. Tessa's expertise also includes event management at the Museum of Food and Drink and various roles at Nelligan White Architects, where responsibilities spanned report writing, surveying, and construction administration. Tessa holds a Master of Science in Historic Preservation and Conservation from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Art History from The Ohio State University.
