Elizabeth Hall has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Planner 1 at Dahlin Group Architecture Planning. Elizabeth then moved on to Insight Global, where they initially worked as a Recruiter and was later promoted to Professional Recruiter. During their time at Insight Global, Elizabeth achieved impressive results, averaging 1-2 hires per week on the technical side of recruiting, generating over $70,000 in revenue for the company. In 2016, they joined Vail Resorts as a Senior Recruiter, where they successfully managed staffing for Northstar Resort and resolved a housing crisis for Northstar employees. Elizabeth was then promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager - Tahoe Region, overseeing staffing for Heavenly, Kirkwood, and Northstar.
