Elizabeth Hall

Elizabeth Hall has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Planner 1 at Dahlin Group Architecture Planning. Elizabeth then moved on to Insight Global, where they initially worked as a Recruiter and was later promoted to Professional Recruiter. During their time at Insight Global, Elizabeth achieved impressive results, averaging 1-2 hires per week on the technical side of recruiting, generating over $70,000 in revenue for the company. In 2016, they joined Vail Resorts as a Senior Recruiter, where they successfully managed staffing for Northstar Resort and resolved a housing crisis for Northstar employees. Elizabeth was then promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager - Tahoe Region, overseeing staffing for Heavenly, Kirkwood, and Northstar. In 2018, Elizabeth joined Walmart eCommerce as a Recruiting Program and Events Manager I, responsible for organizing diversity and inclusion events and implementing a college recruiting program. Most recently, they have been working at the DeWinter Group, first as an Executive Recruiter - Retained Search and currently as the Director - Retained Search.

Elizabeth Hall graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.
