Geoff Stamper

VP, New Product Strategy at Dewpoint Therapeutics

Geoff Stamper has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in positions ranging from drug discovery and development to asset valuation and business analytics. Most recently at Bristol Myers Squibb, Geoff led a global team of analytics professionals driving forecasts, analytics, and insights enabling both strategic and operational decision making across the enterprise. Geoff held a number of leadership roles in support of multiple therapeutic areas over a span of 13 years at Bristol Myers Squibb. His teams drove commercial assessments and performance analyses of marketed products, analytics to optimize R&D portfolio investments, developed topline estimates in support of long-term financial planning, and conducted commercial assessments in support of significant business development deals. Prior to Bristol Myers Squibb, Geoff was a discovery scientist at Abbott Laboratories engaged in structure-based drug design. He later moved to the decision analysis group where he conducted asset valuation analyses in support of R&D portfolio investment decisions.

Geoff is a veteran and Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve where he has served for over 25 years. He holds a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri, a Ph.D. in Biophysics from Brandeis University, and was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Chemistry at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
