Ken Apperson

Ken Apperson is an accomplished entrepreneur and sales leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. As Co-Owner/Operator of DexaFit since December 2023, Ken has transformed the franchise's revenue to over $500K annually since acquiring regional rights in 2015. As Co-Owner of GLIDE SUP since August 2010, Ken has expanded the brand into a major international player in the paddleboard market and introduced new product lines. Ken's previous roles include significant positions at T-Mobile, SaaSafras LLC, Windstream, and Quagga, where Ken consistently exceeded sales targets and led large teams to achieve substantial revenue growth. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications and Film from San Diego State University.
