Bryant Truong

Bryant Truong has a diverse work experience, starting off at Costco Wholesale as a Cashier Assistant from 2010 to 2013. Bryant then joined Big Fish Games, where they began as a Customer Support Representative and demonstrated a strong dedication to clearing ticket queues and supporting a wide range of customers. Bryant later transitioned to the role of System Administrator, taking on various audits and completing 90% of them to free up time for their team members. In their final role at Big Fish Games, Bryant served as a System Administrator II, handling the backup process for the Perforce application and leading GKE node pool migrations for improved security. Currently, they are working at DexCare as a Technical Operations Engineer, responsible for site reliability and systems automation.

Bryant Truong completed their education at the University of Washington from 2007 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
