Leonid Grinman

Leonid Grinman is a science-oriented project management professional with a strong background in pharmaceutical R&D. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Hebrew University, graduating with excellence. Leonid began their career as a Research Assistant at KAHR-Medical Ltd., where they contributed to significant projects and honed their laboratory skills. At Dexcel Pharma, they initially served as a Project Manager before being promoted to Project Managers Team Leader, where they now lead the development of soft gelatin capsules following successful FDA submissions. Leonid is PMP certified and possesses extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, excelling in complex project management within dynamic environments.
