Ben M.

Ben M. is a seasoned UX design professional currently serving as UX Design Lead at Dexcom since September 2023, while also founding a stealth pre-seed startup focused on validating an outdoor B2C mobile and web app. Previously, Ben held leadership roles at DockYard, Inc. as Director of Product Design, overseeing a team of designers on various client initiatives, and at StyleRow as Director of Experience Design, managing comprehensive digital product design for B2B2C software. Experience also includes directing product and design at GoCheck Kids and Stop, Breathe & Think, along with teaching digital narratives as an adjunct faculty instructor. Ben's career began as a Senior Designer at Cinco Design Office, collaborating with major brands such as Nike, adidas, and Microsoft. Ben earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Pacific Lutheran University, enhancing a robust portfolio of user-centered design across multiple sectors.
