Chongji Liu

Chongji Liu is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in process development and engineering within the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Staff Process Development Engineer at Dexcom since April 2019, Chongji collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate design and processes for new product introductions, while also developing validation strategies. Prior roles include Sr. Process Development Engineer at Dexcom, where process characterization and validation were emphasized, and positions at BD as a Mechanical Engineer and Process Engineer, focusing on manufacturing process improvement and validation. Previous experience includes research at Mayo Clinic, targeting bio-compatible materials, and design work at Arizona State University, where medical device prototypes were developed. Chongji holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering Engineering from Tianjin University of Commerce in China.
