David Nicholls

David Nicholls is an experienced professional specializing in business process improvement and lean management. Currently serving as a Business Process Improvement Project Manager at Dexcom since March 2023, David previously held the position of Master Lean Manager at TT Electronics plc from October 2019 to March 2023. Prior to that, David was the Senior Business Process Excellence Manager at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where the focus was on generating cost improvement ideas and applying continuous improvement strategies. David also gained project management experience at Accolade Wines, overseeing the introduction of a third bottling line while initially serving as a Lean Coordinator. David holds a degree in Forensic Science from Liverpool John Moores University, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
