George Duff

George Duff is a Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist at Dexcom since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in talent operations and DEI from a five-and-a-half-year tenure at Meta, where roles included International Talent Operations and DEI Lead. At Meta, George successfully managed diverse teams, executed candidate experience initiatives, and drove inclusive culture-building in hybrid environments. Additional experience includes recruitment consulting at Impact Creative Recruitment Ltd, event operations management at MyChocolate, and theatre production founding at Cobbled Haze Club. George holds a degree in Classical Studies from The University of Manchester, complemented by education at Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School and Cardinal Wiseman High School.
