Melissa Botello

Melissa Botello has extensive experience in customer operations and patient care, currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Operations at Dexcom since October 2011, where previous roles included Director of Patient Care and Sr. Manager of Patient Care. Additionally, Melissa contributed to WomenHeart: The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease as a WomenHeart Champion at Mayo Clinic from August 2017 to September 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as Sr. Manager of Service and Distribution at NuVasive from 2008 to November 2011, as well as various leadership positions in customer experience, marketing, and operations at Stryker from 1996 to 2005. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix.
