Stephanie Ritter, SPHR, has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Stephanie began their career in 1992 as Store Manager at Central South Music Sales. In 2003, they moved to Dexcomm as Business Manager.

Stephanie Ritter, SPHR, has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1992 to 1995, and a High School Diploma from Lacassine High School from 1988 to 1991. Stephanie also holds several certifications from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) obtained in June 2009, the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification obtained in June 2021, and the SPHR Certification obtained in September 2018.
