Alexander Baldwin

Alexander Baldwin currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Dexian since April 2023 and has been the General Counsel at DISYS since April 2013, overseeing all legal and regulatory matters. Previous roles include General Counsel at Hillcrest Labs, Inc. from May 2012 to April 2013, and Executive Vice President and General Counsel at HealthCentral from 2006 to December 2011. Alexander also held the position of Junior Partner at Wilmer Hale from September 1997 to May 2006. Alexander Baldwin earned a JD cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University, as well as a diploma Magna cum Laude from Groton School.
