Jayalakshmi Jayakumar

Jayalakshmi Jayakumar is the Director of Recruitment for India Operations at Dexian since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading the recruitment department to achieve revenue and compliance objectives and establishing long-term strategic plans. Prior to this role, Jayalakshmi served at DISYS from June 2017 to July 2022, initially as an Associate Director, managing team development and the recruitment business plan, followed by roles as Recruiting Manager and Team Lead, focusing on all aspects of the recruitment life cycle. Jayalakshmi began the career as a Technical Recruiter and holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Vellore Institute of Technology.
