Kellie Kilgore is an experienced professional in contracts and federal operations currently serving as the Director of Contracts and Federal Operations at Dexian since June 2019. Previously, Kellie held the position of VP of Contract Compliance and Administration at Cybraics, Inc., where responsibilities included contract management, proposal development, and compliance for federal pursuits. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Contracts and Director of Operations at The Experts, where Kellie developed global proposal processes and managed contract administration. With extensive expertise in proposal management, compliance initiatives, and strategic pricing, Kellie has consistently contributed to business growth and successful government pursuits throughout a career spanning over two decades, supported by a B.S. in Public Administration from Florida International University.
