Vugar Shahtakhtinskiy

Vugar Shahtakhthtinskiy serves as the Vice President Corporate Controller at Dexian since June 2024, having previously held the position of Corporate Controller at HC Salon Holdings Inc. from August 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included managing all finance-related functions, audits, debt covenants, and tax compliance. Prior to this, Vugar worked at CORT from June 2000 to August 2020 as Corporate Controller, leading a team of over 85 professionals in financial reporting, accounting, and administration, while providing strategic financial advice to senior executives. Vugar holds an MBA in Finance from the University of New Orleans, earned between 1999 and 2000.
