Ir. Lim Chern Kuang

Ir. Lim Chern Kuang 林晨光 is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Engineering Director at Dexion Group since December 2015. In this position, Lim oversees regional operations in ANZ, Southeast Asia, China, and the Middle East, managing teams including Design Engineering Managers. Prior to this role, Lim held various positions such as Technical Director at Meinhardt Group, where significant projects like the CS3 Puteri Harbor were managed, and Engineering Director at Milwanto Engineering, with oversight of all company projects. Previous experience includes positions at Victor Buyck Steel Construction as Engineering Manager and as Executive Engineer at T.Y. Lin International. Lim’s early career started as a Design Engineer at Jurutera Konsultant (SEA) Sdn Bhd. Lim holds a Master's degree in Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
