Susan Kupperstein

Susan Kupperstein is a seasoned professional in business development and proposal strategy, currently serving as a Senior Capture and Proposal Strategist for federal civilian opportunities at Dexis since June 2025. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Kupperstein has held senior roles at various organizations, including a stint as Principal in the Crisis, Conflict, and Governance Practice at International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI), where leadership included managing significant global proposals valued over $100M. Past roles include Deputy Director for Africa at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems and Director of Crisis Conflict and Governance at IBTCI, among others. Kupperstein holds a Master's degree in Political Science from UC Irvine and a Bachelor's degree from UC San Diego in Political Science and French Literature.
