Tuomo Notkola

Tuomo Notkola is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in embedded and firmware software development, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at DEXIS since August 2016, specializing in dental x-ray devices. Prior to this role, Notkola worked at Nokia Networks as a Senior Specialist/Specialist in software development from December 2001 to July 2016, and at Cubical Solutions as a System Specialist focusing on FreeBSD and Symbian software. Notkola co-founded Creacomp Oy and has held a position as a Software Designer at Nokia, developing critical software for SMSC and 3G-SGSN systems. Early career experiences include roles as a Research Assistant and Seasonal Assistant at the Finnish Meteorological Institute. Notkola holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki, earned between 1992 and 1999.
