Tatiana Kalinina has over 10 years of experience in business development, revenue generation, and sales. Tatiana began their career as a Sales Manager at Renaissance Capital in 2007. In 2009, they joined Yandex, where they held several roles, including Account Manager, Head of Direct International Accounts, Head of International Sales, and Business Development Director for the International Division. In 2020, they became the SVP of Business Development at THG Ingenuity, where they were responsible for revenue and led Enterprise sales, Solutions, Partnerships, and product marketing teams. In 2022, they became the Chief Business Development Officer for Europe at RouteQ and led international expansion, including Go-to-Market, sales, and partnerships. Finally, in 2023, they will join Dexory as Vice President of Business Development.
