Lachezar Bozhkov

Lachezar Bozhkov has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lachezar currently works at Receipt Bank as the Head of Machine Learning, where they are responsible for overseeing all machine learning efforts, including research, continuous improvements, team development, and event organization. Prior to this, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at HyperScience, where they built various solutions. Lachezar also has experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Universidade de Aveiro, where they worked on Brain-Computer Interface using EEG and Machine Learning. Additionally, Lachezar has held positions as a Software Developer at TBI Info, a Software Development Manager at Easy Asset Management, a Software Developer at Quickstart Global, and a Developer and Trainer at National Academy for Software Development (NASD). Lachezar has also had internships at Coca-Cola HBC and Krakrasoft. Lachezar has a strong background in software development and has experience in teaching programming courses.

Lachezar Bozhkov holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from Technical University Sofia (2014-2017), a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Science from the same university (2009-2012), and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering in English Language from Technical University Sofia (2005-2009).
