Vlad Kroz is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Machine Learning and Head of AI at Hyatt since 2025, and as a Co-Founder of Agenture since the same year. Prior to these roles, Vlad held significant positions at Amazon from January 2020 to April 2025, leading engineering and science teams for the world's largest e-commerce search engine. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Search Systems at Walmart, Engineering Lead for the Search Platform at Loggly, Architect at eBay, Founder and CTO of KrozTech LLC, Solutions Architect, and Senior Software Engineer at Amdocs. Vlad holds an Organizational Leadership degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Voronezh State Technical University.
