Darci Powers

Darci Powers has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Darci started their career at Delphi Automotive Systems, where they held various roles such as Operations Supervisor and Manager of Material Movement. In these positions, they implemented lean principles and improved efficiency through standard work and the implementation of SAP. Darci also managed daily inventory and decreased expenses and direct raw material.

After Delphi, Darci joined Parker Hannifin as a Production Control Specialist, where they managed global supply chains and inventory. Darci then moved on to Batesville Casket Company, where they served as the Director of Supply Chain and successfully decreased inventory and managed multiple product lines.

Darci worked at Hillenbrand Inc. as the Director of Lean Development, focusing on lean initiatives and process improvement. Darci then joined Rotex Global, LLC, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Lean and Vice President of Global Aftermarket Sales & Operations. In these positions, they led global operations and supply chain teams, implemented lean projects to improve flow and capacity, and achieved significant savings through strategic sourcing.

Currently, Darci is working at Dexter as the Vice President of Operations for the Axle division.

Darci Powers attended Purdue University from 1995 to 1999. Darci completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and another Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management/Industrial Engineer during their time at the university.
