Phil Dowden

Phil Dowden currently serves as the VP of Sales - Aftermarket at Dexter since February 2024. Prior to this role, Dowden held the position of Director of Sales - West at Aurora Parts & Service Network from January 2015 to February 2024, and Regional Sales Manager at Aurora Parts & Accessories from March 2010 to January 2015. Dowden's early career includes serving as District Sales Manager at The Oscar Winski Company and Lafayette Steel and Aluminum from 2004 to 2007, as well as Buyer at Wabash National from 1993 to 2004, where responsibilities included the procurement of significant quantities of various steel and aluminum products. Dowden earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing the degree between 2001 and 2006.
