Tom R. Woods

Tom R. Woods is an experienced operations and plant management professional with a diverse background in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at API Heat Transfer since August 2021, Tom also holds the position of Plant Manager at Wabash National and at Dexter Axle Company, both since June 2019 and January 2018 respectively. Prior roles include Senior VP & GM at TRIStar Met, overseeing Wire Drawing Operations, and President of MITEC Powertrain Inc., a company specializing in powertrain solutions. Earlier in the career, Tom worked as a General Manager at Kasle Metal Processing and as a Plant Manager at Oxford Automotive and PTC Alliance. Educational credentials include an EMBA in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Metallurgical Engineering degree from Fanshawe College.
