Julius Jeppe is an experienced Lodge Manager with a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, currently managing multiple lodge operations for Dexterra Group since December 2021. Responsibilities include ensuring client and guest satisfaction through high-quality service and maintaining rigorous standards for food quality, consistency, and cleanliness. With prior experience as Executive Chef at Moulin Wakefield Mill Hôtel & Spa and other esteemed establishments, Julius has a proven track record in menu creation, cross-marketing strategies, and operational management. Educational qualifications include a Red Seal in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Culinary Arts from The International Hotel School, along with an Advanced Diploma in Professional Cookery from City & Guilds of London.
