Manasi K. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Manasi most recently served as the VP of Sustainability, Quality & Community at Dexterra Group since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Dexterra as the Director of Quality Assurance & Environment from September 2020 to August 2023. Before joining Dexterra, Manasi held the position of VP of Systems Operations & Compliance at RiskCheck Inc. from August 2018 to September 2020. Manasi also worked as the Manager of EH&S Compliance Services at Pinchin Ltd. from July 2011 to July 2018. Beginning their career, Manasi was an Environmental Engineer at AMEC Earth and Environmental from January 2008 to June 2011. Manasi started their professional journey as a Corporate Communications Specialist at Chrysler Financial from April 2006 to December 2007.

Manasi K. has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Environmental Engineering from the University of Windsor. Manasi also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Organizational Behaviour and Leadership from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) designation from Professional Engineers Ontario in 2006, Certified Environmental Auditor (CEA) certification from the Canadian Environmental Certification and Approvals Board in October 2002, and the Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation from the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals in December 2020.
