Phil Coombes Mnaea

Phil Coombes MNAEA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Phil began their career as a Campaigns Director for Anne Marie Morris, where they organized and managed campaigning and canvassing for the 2010 General Election campaign. Phil later became a Campaigns Manager for Anne Marie Morris MP, directing grassroots and Westminster-level campaigning.

In 2011, Phil worked as an Event Coordinator for Venue Birmingham, where they successfully organized commercial events on campus. Phil then founded their own company called MyOnesie, serving as the Managing Director. Phil customized onesies for organizations and built a network of freelance Brand Managers to promote the brand to universities.

Phil then transitioned into politics and served as a Campaigns Manager for Bath Conservatives, overseeing an integrated campaign plan and building a network of party members and volunteers. Phil also briefly worked as Chief of Staff for Ben Howlett MP, setting up and managing a parliamentary office.

In 2015, Phil joined Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward as a Sales Negotiator, where they consistently achieved outstanding results and set records for outbound calls. Phil later moved to Horton and Garton, starting as a Sales Negotiator and ultimately working their way up to Head of Sales. In this role, they successfully increased sales revenue, market share, and team size, and implemented strategic visions and business objectives.

Currently, Phil is the Sales Director at Dexters, where they continue to contribute their expertise and leadership in the real estate industry. Throughout their career, Phil has exhibited strong sales and negotiation skills, a logical and rational approach to business, and a reputation for exceptional customer service.

Phil Coombes MNAEA earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Birmingham, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they attended South Dartmoor Sixth Form College from 2007 to 2009. Prior to their college education, Phil Coombes MNAEA completed their secondary education at South Dartmoor Community College, where they studied from 2001 to 2007.
