Allan Perez

Allan Perez has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing. Allan started their career as a Software Test Engineer at Totaltech in 2014, where they performed functional testing and designed test cases for biometric identification and workforce management systems. Allan then moved on to work at various companies, including Banorte Seguros, GENCO, Delphi, Gas Natural, and FedEx Supply Chain. At these companies, Allan was responsible for performing functional and exploratory testing on different systems and mobile applications. Allan also gained experience in training new team members and managing a mixed team of developers, testers, and RF technicians. Allan's most recent role is as the Software QA Team Lead at Dextra Technologies, a Deloitte business, where they lead a team in a reverse logistics project supporting the processing of refurbished mobile devices for major US mobile carriers.

Allan Perez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Systems Administrator Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In addition, they hold certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), and Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) acquired in 2022, 2018, and 2015 respectively.
